The #LippieProject | REVEALED

This bench belonged to our client before we came on to the project. We added the coat rack and lovely rug from Loloi to create a functional and welcoming foyer.

This console table matches the foyer bench. All that was needed by us was a little styling.

I love how the fireplace bump out paint elevates the focal point on this side of the room. The television now recedes into the background

We worked all our client’s furniture into the design scheme and anchored them with this lovely “vintage” rug from Loloi. The waterfall edge table was not in the original design, but we felt that it was necessary to replace our client’s large, red coffee table so that the room stayed open visually. Not to mention show off that beautiful rug!

Our client’s late mother painted the art that is now hung to the right of the fireplace. When we first met our client, these paintings were stowed away just waiting to be hung in a place of honor.

Everything about this kitchen is a “work of art,” from the styling of the cabinetry to the cherished pottery and personal photography within.

The “brickwork” tile blended the cabinetry to the existing granite countertops all while keeping the Colorado rustic + refinement feel. Electrical outlets are grey, receding into the background.

We bumped out the refrigerator cabinet to make it accessible added the refrigerator side panel for a built in look.

Oil rubbed bronze hardware keeps continuity with the Colorado/Spanish feel.

This stunning chandelier sets the stage for intimate dinners as this light and the pendant lights were placed on dimmer switches.

Check out that view!

The outdoors are an extension of the indoors, so even though we weren’t hired to work in this space, we thought it nice to add a touch of festive fun to the umbrella with string lights.

Here are my personal photos after the reveal. I am not a photographer (obviously).

Friends, the reveal video!

I had the pleasure of working with this lovely couple on their great room transformation from May-September 2016. Coming from a more compartmentalized home in Washington, they were baffled at how to make an open concept floor plan flow smoothly and feel like the warm and inviting home they always wanted.

I’d like to give a special THANK YOU for all who worked on this project. Thank you to Geoff Dunn & Crew at The Cabinet Guy, Jason Walker at Walker Tile, Steve Warren & Crew at Colorado Cabinet Coatings, Mike McEntyre & Crew at American Electrician, Doug Sleeger & Crew at Sleeger’s Painting Plus,¬†Wayne Coates at Coates Installation, and roz otsuka at otsuka studios.

*A very special THANK YOU goes to my wonderful sister who flew out to help with the installation and reveal day. Your support in my endeavors means more to me than you’ll ever know.*

You all were instrumental to the completion of this project, and I could not have asked for a better crew!
